The fee for the certification activities is determined by applying the minimum rate allowed by law.
The rate is calculated based on the categories and classifications issued.
The payment of fee may be deferred.
The minimum fee payable to the SOA to obtain certification is determined according to the following formula (Annex C part I of Presidential Decree 207/2010):
P "BASE FEE" = [C/12,500 + (2 x N + 8) x 413,16] x 1.0413 x R
C = total amount of qualifications requested in the various categories N = number of categories for which qualification is requested R = coefficient of the increase recorded by the ISTAT cost of living index equal to 1.306.
P = CB x 3/5
CB = base fee calculated for the certification held at the time of the three-year verification
P = CBna - CBva
CBna = base fee calculated for the new certification CBva = base fee calculated for the old certificate "BASE" = [C/12,500 + (2 x N + 8) x 413.16] x 1.0413 x R
P = CB x 1/3
CB = base fee applied by inserting 1 under item N and the difference between the old classification and the new classification under item C (the fee must be applied to each individual classification increase)
For permanent consortia
the cost is reduced by 50%
For qualification up to classification II
the cost is reduced by 20%
