From September 4 to 6, 2026, CQOP SOA will be attending B-CAD Rome 2026, the international trade fair for construction, architecture, and design, held at the Rome Convention Center “La Nuvola”. The Rome office team will be available to meet with businesses and professionals in the construction sector, offering consulting on all phases of public works qualification.
In addition to discussions on topics related to the SOA Certification, B-CAD Rome will host an important educational event: the Public Procurement Code Seminar, scheduled for Saturday, September 5, and dedicated to the sector’s regulatory updates.

During the event, CQOP SOA is organizing the Public Procurement Code Seminar, an in-depth session dedicated to businesses and professionals operating in the public works sector.
Scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026, on Stage 2, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, the event will feature 3 speakers:
- Antonio Zanaboni, Executive at CQOP SOA;
- Desiderio Berdini, Chief Innovation Officer at CQOP SOA;
- Attorney Giuseppe Maiellaro, Head of Public Contracts, Infrastructure, and Territory at Ontier.
The seminar is designed to assist contracting authorities, professionals, and businesses in understanding the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023), its most recent amendments, and the implications of the new European regulation on the Italian qualification system.
