Technical and organizational requirements
To fall under OG11, the project must include the joint installation or maintenance of:

- OS30 – Electrical, telephone, radio-television systems
Minimum incidence on total project value:
- OS3 ≥ 10%
- OS28 ≥ 25%

- OS3: at least 40% of the total work
- OS28: at least 70%
- OS30: at least 70%
CELs must indicate the total OG11 works and the individual values for OS3, OS28, OS30.
